The Keto RN
Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp chili flakes (or to taste)
1 tsp garlic powder
Butter lettuce leaves (for wraps)
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
½ avocado, sliced
Instructions:
Whisk coconut aminos, sesame oil, lime juice, chili flakes, and garlic powder.
Toss shrimp in mixture and marinate 10 minutes.
Sauté shrimp in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
Assemble wraps with lettuce, shrimp, cucumber, and avocado.
