The Keto RN Chicken & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs chicken breast

4 cups broccoli florets

½ cup coconut aminos,

2 Tbsp avocado oil,

2 cloves garlic

1 Tbsp grated ginger

1 tsp sesame oil

red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

Slice chicken into thin strips; stir-fry in avocado oil until cooked through.

  1. Add garlic, ginger, and broccoli; stir-fry 3–4 minutes.

  2. Pour in coconut aminos, cook until broccoli is tender-crisp.

  3. Finish with sesame oil and chili flakes.

  4. Serve with: Shirataki noodles or cauliflower rice.
