The Keto RN Cinnamon Roasted Brussels and Sausage Skillet
Ingredients:
1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
12 oz sugar-free smoked sausage, sliced
2 tbsp avocado oil
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt + pepper
Instructions:
Heat oil in skillet, add Brussels, season, and sauté until browned.
Add sausage slices and cook until golden.
Sprinkle with cinnamon + garlic powder, toss, and serve hot.
