The Keto RN Lemon Garlic Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients:

• 4 salmon fillets

• 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

• 3 cloves garlic, minced

• 2 Tbsp olive oil

• Juice & zest of 1 lemon

• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place salmon and asparagus on a sheet pan.

Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice/zest, salt, and pepper.

Bake 12–15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.
