The Keto RN Lemon Garlic Herb Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

4 bone-in, skin-on, chicken thighs

3 tbsp olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

Juice + zest of 1 lemon

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried thyme

Sea salt + black pepper

Instructions:

Mix oil, lemon juice/zest, garlic, and herbs in a bowl.

Rub onto chicken and marinate for 30+ mins.

Sear skin-side down in a hot skillet until crisp.

Flip and bake at 400°F for 20–25 min or until done.
