The Keto RN Oven Baked Cabbage Burgers

Ingredients:

1 head green cabbage, cut into 1-inch slices

1 lb lean ground beef

1/2 cup tomato sauce

1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, Monterey Jack), divided

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4-1/2 tsp red chili pepper flakes

3 cloves minced garlic

1/2 cup chopped green onion

1/2 cup chopped parsley

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Arrange cabbage slices on a baking sheet, brush with oil, and season with salt and pepper.

2. Roast for 10 minutes until slightly tender.

3. In a bowl, combine ground beef with garlic, green onion, parsley, chili flakes, half the cheese, salt, and pepper. Shape into four patties.

4. Top each cabbage slice with tomato sauce, cheese, a beef patty, and another sprinkle of cheese.

5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese melts and patties are cooked through.
