The Keto RN Jalapeño Poppers
Ingredients:
10 Jalapeño peppers, cut in half with seeds and membranes removed
1 can of Chicken, drained
8 Oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
2 teaspoons Ranch Seasoning
4 slices bacon, chopped and cooked
Chopped Chives
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Set jalapeño halves on parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, 1/2 Cup of Cheddar, sour cream, bacon and ranch seasoning.
Mix well.
Fill each pepper half with chicken mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with chives.
