The Keto RN Balsamic Pork Tenderloin Marinade

Ingredients:

3 pounds pork tenderloin.

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

3 tablespoons oregano

Juice and zest of two lemons

3 garlic gloves, minced

1 teaspoon cinnamon 

Salt and pepper as desired

Instructions:

Prepare Marinade in a bowl and mix well.  

Put Tenderloin in a shallow baking dish or plastic, I gallon size,  Zip-loc type baggie

Pour marinade over pork and let sit in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but longer is better.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Heat oil in a large pan and sear tenderloin on all sides.

Put into oven, using the same pan you seared the meat in if possible.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the meat reaches 145°F.
